Hills Airport Shuttle provides an exceptionally Reliable, Efficient, Affordable & Convenient DOOR to DOOR Shuttle Bus Service to and from most suburbs in Sydneys' Northern & Hills districts.

We take out the hassle and stress of getting to and from your destination. We pride ourselves on our punctual service allowing you to relax and enjoy the trip in one of our modern vehicles. Bookings

Bookings are essential and we recommend you book at least a week prior to your date of travel. If you are travelling in school or public holiday periods, book as early as possible to avoid disappointment as seats do fill very quickly during these times. Due to the constant variables in motor vehicle traffic and airline punctuality, Hills Airport Shuttle cannot guarantee our buses will operate to the exact times that passengers are booked in for.

The Buses

We operate a fleet of Toyota Hi-Ace Commuter Mini Buses that seat a maximum of thirteen (13) adults per vehicle. Our Fleet is equipped with air-conditioning, tinted windows, seatbelts, and baby seats (on request) offering superior comfort and safety to all passengers.

Charters & Tours

We welcome all enquiries regarding charters and tours. We generally cater for small group bookings to Restaurants, Sporting Events, Social Functions, School Formals, Weddings, Conferences, Day Trips (e.g. Hunter Valley Wineries), etc. These booking need to be made well in advance of your chosen date of travel to ensure we can accommodate your booking.

We cater for single passengers and we're ideal for large families and groups.

Airport Meeting Points

International Terminal - T1
Inside the Arrivals Hall at McDonalds restaurant located at the gate 'A' end of the terminal. This is where you meet your driver who will be wearing a blue shirt/jacket with our company logo and will be holding up a sign with your Surname and Flight Number on it. Your driver will then lead you out to the bus.

Domestic Terminal - T2
Inside the Domestic Terminal at baggage carousel number three (3). This is where you meet your driver who will be wearing a blue shirt/jacket with our company logo and will be holding up a sign with your Surname and Flight Number on it. Your driver will then lead you out to the bus.

Qantas Terminal - T3
Inside the Qantas Terminal at baggage carousel number one (1). This is where you meet your driver who will be wearing a blue shirt/jacket with our company logo and will be holding up a sign with your Surname and Flight Number on it. Your driver will then lead you out to the bus.
